How come all the younguns get loads of comments on their cute photos? I see all kinds of pictures of cute, little, adorable pups where tons of people are commenting on how cute, how precious, how adorable those pups are (including my mommy), but how come I can't get any "oh she's so cute and adorable?" All right, all right, so I'm middle-aged (okay, okay maybe a tad over middle-aged), a bit overweight and I do admit I have a few fat bumps, not to mention I'm a Doberman, I guess I'm not supposed to be cute as an adult, I'm supposed to be fierce looking, but geewilickers can't a gal get a little somethin somethin now and then -- not to boast, but I'm really, really smart :)

Margie -- fat bumps are bumps that grow on dogs as they get older, you have to have them checked out because they could be cancerous, luckily Lena's are just fat bumps.

I feel your pain, girly. Nobody whistles anymore or breaks their neck checking me out anymore. Sigh. Those gray hairs and wrinkles are LIFE, pally and we are the better for it. I, for one, think you are lovely!!

Beauty fades, even humour loses it charm.... but, smart... hahahah.... now that....that will be your lifelong claim to fame...plus.... what are they talking about? you are not only smart, you are beautiful too. You have more going for you than most. Look at those beautiful brown, sensitive eyes ... look at that glorious shiny coat...look at the bone structure...wow.... obviously, people only see what they want to see.
